Our in house QS and estimating team carries out detailed drawing reviews, measured take offs and project specific Bills of Quantities.
We break the development down into clearly defined procurement packages, with detailed quantities, specifications, drawing references, assumptions and exclusions. We identify missing information, design conflicts, specification gaps and areas of commercial or programme risk before they become expensive variations on site.

We attend design meetings and work directly with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure that design decisions are practical, buildable and commercially informed.
Where information is incomplete, we raise the right questions. Where specifications are unnecessarily expensive, we identify suitable alternatives. Where interfaces between packages have not been fully considered, we bring the relevant parties together and help establish responsibility.
Our objective is to ensure the design can be procured, coordinated and delivered, not simply drawn.

Once the quantities and specifications are established, we take the project into the live supply chain.
Through our manufacturer, distributor, merchant and specialist supplier relationships, supported by the buying power available through our national buying group, we obtain live, project specific pricing across the full material requirement.

Our experienced delivery and operations team converts the agreed material packages into a structured procurement programme aligned with the construction sequence.
We coordinate orders, deposits, manufacturing periods, call offs and deliveries around the live requirements of the site. Long lead products are identified early, key decisions are tracked and delivery dates are reviewed against the programme.

Our team visits sites, works alongside the delivery team and stays close to what is happening on the ground. We understand that drawings, programmes and site conditions do not always align perfectly, and that quick, informed decisions are often needed to keep work moving.
When an issue arises, we help resolve it.
We speak with the site team, suppliers, designers and specialists. We investigate missing or incorrect materials, manage delivery changes, support technical queries and help unblock packages before they affect other trades.
That hands on involvement creates a direct connection between the commercial plan, the procurement schedule and the reality of construction.
