Draft. Requires P4HB and legal review before launch
Service terms (draft)
This draft exists so the product flow can be reviewed. It is not an approved contract and must not be used as production acceptance. No compliance certification or data residency commitment is made here.
1. Scope
P4HB provides a measured information pack: a bill of quantities, material take off, package breakdown, assumptions and exclusions, an information gap and risk register, and a QS review. Pricing, value engineering, dated procurement programmes and supplier quotations are separate scope options.
2. Turnaround
Turnaround commitments apply only to eligible projects. The 24 hour period runs from submission. This is the point at which your information has been accepted for measurement and payment is confirmed, and is counted in clock hours, not working hours. Accepted deadlines are explicit timestamps, stored in UTC and displayed in Europe/London.
3. Client information
The client confirms it has the right to supply the documents provided and to have them used for measurement. Where information is missing or conflicting, P4HB will record assumptions or route the project to a scope review.
4. Limitations
The service does not constitute structural, engineering, regulatory or building control design, and does not guarantee savings, budget certainty or supply availability.
5. Procurement
The client is under no obligation to procure materials through P4HB. Live pricing and procurement are separate engagements agreed in writing.
6. Payment
Fees are indicative until scope acceptance. Payment terms, refunds and cancellation rights are to be finalised with P4HB before launch.
